The Intake Session
Our first session is a warm, unstructured conversation. It's a space for us to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your background, and begin building a sense of emotional safety and rapport.
Collaborative Needs Assessment
Together, we identify key patterns, emotional triggers, relationship dynamics, or career roadblocks. We seek to understand the "why" behind your current struggles, establishing a clear picture of what you hope to address.
Individualized Therapy Plan
Rather than a standardized checklist, we co-create a personalized plan tailored specifically to your concerns and lifestyle. I integrate evidence-based techniques (CBT, DBT, ACT) that match your personality and immediate needs.
Ongoing Growth & Integration
In subsequent sessions, we work through your challenges, implement real-world tools, and reflect on progress. We periodically review the plan together to ensure it continues to support your long-term growth and healing.
Why We Don't Sell Therapy Packages
At Home of Emotions, we strongly believe that healing is not linear, and it cannot be pre-packaged. Selling bundles or block packages of 5 or 10 sessions creates unnecessary pressure and commodifies what should be a deeply personal, ethical relationship.
Every client is different. Some find clarity in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term, ongoing support. We believe the client, in consultation with the therapist, should decide the frequency and duration of their therapy.
You only pay as you go, session by session. No upfront payments, no packages, and absolute respect for your autonomy.
